General Membership Information:

• The Platinum membership is billed annually and automatically renews every 1 year.
• All memberships can be canceled up to 30 days prior to the renewal date.
• When the service is canceled, the membership will be automatically terminated at the end of the current term.
• All memberships are linked to the vehicle by its VIN and are non-transferable. However, in the event of a change in vehicle ownership, the membership can be transferred to the new owner.
• All vehicles enrolled in a membership are subject to approval, and we retain the right to decline service.

More Important Information:

 ¹Our services are provided for the duration of the membership term, which is one year from purchase date. It's important to note that services not utilized within the membership term will expire. Additionally, please be aware that our services are non-transferable and tied to the vehicle's VIN number. All services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the signed service contract. The amount of each service performed is limited as outlined in the signed service contract.

²The initial diagnosis includes one hour of diagnostic labor. Any additional labor needed for further diagnosis or repairs will be billed separately. The number of diagnostic visits is limited as specified in the service contract. Initial diagnosis is only the first hour of diagnosis. Initial diagnosis can't be used in consecutive units for one single repair. All Initial diagnosis included per work order are limited as per service contract. 

³Travel/Seasonal Inspection include a basic fluid top off. If any additional work needs to be performed, it will be billed separately.

⁴All memberships include access to special membership promotions. Please note that these offers are subject to change without prior notice. Promotions are sent via email directly to members. Please note that at times there will be no promotions available. Promotions are a bonus and are not an all time given incentive.
